Tamba specialises in Environmental Law, Commercial Litigation Litigations. He serves as the Deputy Director Legal and Sompliance at Environment Protection Agency (EPA) - Sierra Leone. He is a fierce litigator who has successfully prosecuted numerous environmental cases as well as matters arising in various aspects of the law. As part of his service to the EPA (SL), Tamba has also extensively contributed to formulating environmental policies that serves as blueprint areas of management, governance and compliance. He is a voluntary legal advisor at the University of Kent Law clinic, United Kingdom.
